Every Mini Kitchen is backed by a structural warranty on the cabinet body and a hardware warranty on all Hettich fittings. Here is exactly what is covered, what is not, and how to raise a claim.
Structural Warranty — 5 Years
- Defects in the HDHMR carcass including warping, delamination, or structural failure under normal use
- Manufacturing defects in cabinet joints and assembly
- Back panel integrity (6mm board)
- Countertop structure and mounting
Hardware Warranty — 2 Years (Hettich)
- Hettich hinges — soft-close mechanism and structural integrity
- Hettich drawer channels — smooth operation and load-bearing function
- Any other Hettich fittings supplied as part of the original order
Note: Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship only. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage arising from misuse. See Section 02 for full exclusions.
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Water logging or damage resulting from incorrect plumbing done by a third party after installation
- Physical impact damage — scratches, dents, chips from external force
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by anyone other than our authorised team
- Damage caused by pests, rodents, or termites
- Normal wear and tear of finishes and surfaces over time
- Appliances (hob, chimney, sink fittings) — these carry their own manufacturer warranty
- Damage caused by Acts of God — flood, fire, earthquake, or other force majeure events
The warranty period begins on the date of installation at your site, as recorded in the handover document signed by you and our installation team.
The structural warranty runs for 5 years from this date. The Hettich hardware warranty runs for 2 years from this date.

Assessment
Our team will respond within 24 hours to assess whether the issue falls under warranty coverage. We may ask for additional photos or details before scheduling a visit.
Resolution
If the issue is confirmed as a warranty claim, our team will visit your site to inspect and resolve it. Standard warranty resolutions are targeted within working days of claim confirmation.
Parts and labour
Replacement of defective parts and labour for warranty repairs are covered at no additional cost to you during the warranty period.
This warranty is provided by Gallant Orbit Solutions Private Limited (GSTIN: 07AALCG8379C1Z9), the manufacturer of Mini Kitchen.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided. No other warranties, express or implied, are made in connection with the product.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part or component. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from a product defect.
