Models & Range
We offer 9 models across 3 series. The Compact & Rental series (Smart Nest and Flex Studio, both 1200mm) is designed for small spaces, PGs, and rental properties. The Family Living series (Smart Essential at 1500mm, Smart Family at 1800mm, Smart Angolo as an L-shape and Smart Chef at 2100mm, ) covers standard home kitchens. The Premium series (Smart Entertainer Outdoor in L-shape, and Smart Infinity Parallel) is for larger, feature-rich kitchens. Every model has a fixed width, fixed inclusions, and a fixed starting price.
The smallest model is the Smart Nest at 1200mm (4 feet). The largest is the Smart Infinity Parallel at 2100mm + 2100mm, a parallel layout totalling over 14 feet of counter space. If your space falls between standard widths, our team will advise on the best fit during the site measurement visit.
All carcasses are made from 16mm HDHMR board, shutters from 18mm board, and back panels from 6mm. Counter depth is 600mm (560mm carcass with 3mm gap on each side). All hardware — hinges, channels, and handles are Hettich Premium. Base height is 850mm as standard.
Yes. The Smart Entertainer Outdoor model is specifically designed for outdoor and semi-outdoor use with materials suited for higher humidity and temperature variation. It is available as an L-shape layout.
Pricing & Payment
We follow a 60 / 40 payment schedule. 60% is paid at booking to confirm your order and lock your production slot. The remaining 40% is paid before dispatch once your kitchen has cleared quality check at our factory.
No. Every model has a fixed starting price. Any additions such as finish upgrades, extra shelves, or appliance integration — are quoted separately and agreed upon before production begins. Nothing is added to your bill mid-project. Please note that quoted prices are valid for 15 days from the date of quotation. All payments are made in favour of GALLANT ORBIT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
We currently accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and cheque. For EMI or financing, please speak to our sales team at the time of booking we can guide you on third-party financing options that may be available for your order value.
Cancellations made before production begins are eligible for a refund of the booking amount minus any costs already incurred. Once production has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund as materials are cut to your specific dimensions. Process & Timeline
Standard production and dispatch takes 10 to 15 working days from booking confirmation. Installation is completed the same day modules arrive at your site for most models. The total timeline from first call to a working kitchen is typically 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your location and site readiness.
Our team visits your site before production begins to verify wall dimensions, plumbing inlet and outlet positions, electrical socket placement, and floor level. This step ensures the kitchen fits precisely when it arrives and that no rework is needed at installation. The site visit is included in your order there is no separate charge.
All Mini Kitchen units are manufactured at our own factory in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We do not outsource production. Every unit undergoes quality check before leaving the factory floor.
Yes, we deliver pan-India. For Delhi and Noida, transport and installation are included in the price. For all other locations, transport is charged at actuals and is payable directly by the client at site. Installation support for locations outside Delhi/Noida is discussed at the time of booking. Installation
For most models, installation is completed within 4 to 8 hours on the same day the modules arrive. Larger L-shape and parallel models may take up to one full day. There is no overnight work or multi-day visits required.
Our installation team handles cabinet assembly, countertop fitting, Hettich hardware adjustment, plumbing connection (inlet and outlet), and a complete walkthrough with you at the end. They also clean up the workspace before leaving. You do not need to arrange separate plumbers or carpenters. For Delhi and Noida, installation is included in the price. For other locations, transport is at actuals and payable by the client directly at site.
Yes, basic civil work such as tiling, plumbing rough-in (inlet and outlet points at correct positions), and electrical points should be completed before the installation date. Our team will confirm these requirements during the site measurement visit so you know exactly what needs to be ready.
Warranty & Support
Every Mini Kitchen comes with a 5-year structural warranty on the carcass and cabinet structure, and a 2-year Hettich hardware warranty on all hinges, channels, and fittings. Warranty terms are documented in your quotation and handover kit.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water logging due to incorrect plumbing by a third party, physical impact damage, or modifications made to the kitchen after installation. Appliances (if supplied separately) carry their own manufacturer warranty and are not covered under our structural warranty.
Customisation
Yes. Each model comes with a range of standard finish options at no extra cost. Premium finishes (such as matte lacquer, textured foil, or PU) are available at an additional charge, which is communicated at the time of quotation. Our team will share a finish catalogue during the booking process.
Our standard range covers 1200mm to 2100mm. For sizes outside this range, or for highly specific layout requirements, please contact our team directly. Fully bespoke kitchens are handled by our parent brand Gallant Orbit, which specialises in custom modular interior projects.
Yes. Sink cutouts, hob cutouts, and chimney provision can be added to any model. These are specified at the time of booking so the factory can accommodate them in production. Appliances themselves can be supplied by us or by you our team will install either way as part of the standard installation scope.
